I feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with Allison Plesur as a professional coach. Her style and philosophy were a perfect match for my phase of life and work. When we began our sessions I focused on my workplace challenges and opportunities, but with Allison’s skilled questioning I quickly discovered that my needs lay at the intersection of work and life. And that by exploring my challenges in balancing it all, I could find more fulfillment in each. 

As a career woman and mom, I have had to learn new ways to be my best professional self, while still present for my family. Allison helped me explore ways to accomplish this, and to see the present as a phase of my professional life, not the end state. She was incredibly adept at guiding me in my own exploration of self. Not giving me answers, but helping me find my own solutions. 

I left each session feeling good about myself and what I had accomplished, while simultaneously having a clear plan for next steps, manageable action items, and a vision for a path forward.
